62. MISTAKES AND FLIRTINGS

Yesterday night was a High School Party, and honestly kind of boring. At least there was a cute boy, who knew Maureen, they studied in the same Primary School, but different classrooms, so with nice views… This Saturday it was another dressing-up party. At the beginning in a house, there was a little mess between the group of girls, ‘cause apparently Stelle got involved with some guy, and when his boyfriend knew it, begun to look for him, sometimes she’s a bit silly. It’s a good job that they didn’t find the guy; because he doesn’t have any fault. After a couple of hours the trio (Maureen, Imogen, and Esther ) got lost on purpose. In a bar Imogen’s begun to flirt with a guy, at least 5 years older, as well as his friends, in spite of the fact that Esther doesn’t like older guys, contrary to Imogen, she’s had lots of laughs. There was this nice friend, and also gentle, who’s driven her home. Imogen didn’t believe the next day that nothing happened. To Esther was weird too, she writes in her diary that is a pity that her age boys are not that kind and chivalrous, maybe she should change her likes, and worth more the inside that the appearance.

61. STOP LECTURING

This year marks are really bad to Esther, her parents have given her a warning about that. She’s having such a crazy life lately…, and they don’t even know the half of the things she does. The truth is that she doesn’t give a damn what they think, and when she has been talking about this with Maureen, agrees with them. That’s all that Esther needed right now! It’s not like she’s in her 20s, when you’re growing up you have mistakes and learn, at least that’s what she thinks, and not to be so overprotective. At High School things are calm, today, for example, Adam and Rud have fooling around her too much, she didn’t expect it, what a funny couple! Afterwards Esther and Imogen have been talking about that and another gossips, saying to Esther to go to a party. While they were dancing, in the party disco, Esther just remembered that she’d met Maureen, what a telling off!!!Another one…

60. DROWNING THE SORROWS

Esther has arrived late to the Confirmation course and the nun of course, has told her off: -“you’ve got to take seriously this course, to be in peace with God and be a good catholic, if not you’re out” To Esther actually is not such a big deal, so she’s thinking again about attending that course, but she’s fed up, even her friends are not going. With all that bothering to Esther, she has decided to drink, of course with the same group as usual. And that’s great fun, because Alvin is there, fooling around her, but she likes that…’Till a moment that Esther suddenly has the feeling to bring up. The worst is that some class mates were there, what a shame!However, they have been very kind to see if she’s ok. After all this, Esther has met, again, Troy and his new friends, because he’s told her that the group where he was before splitted up. And there, they have been, talking about that and the reasons (dislikes, difference of opinions…) Her friends got annoyed because of that, talking with Troy, like nothing had happened before. “Oh!Come on!is just a conversation” sometimes she doesn’t understand them. That’s a silly reason to her.

59 ANOTHER CIRCLE

This past week Esther has been meeting Matthew, he’s nice but a little very young, despite his kindness, still silly, and today, for example, the louts have been teasing him, too much cruel and mean, even there’s almost a fight. Moreover Esther doesn’t know how and why, but lately Alvin is talking to her all the time, when this happen she likes more that group, specially since she really likes Alvin. Later suddenly, Rossie’s had a trouble with some girls, because apparently his boyfriend had another girlfriend and when all of them find it out there has been almost another fight against Rossie. What a tense night! Thanks to God that Troy’s group have passed and help the girls, although they have been laughing of that, not really funny to Esther though. So, Rossie at the end hasn’t lasted long time with his boy, and Esther right now is doubting, let’s make a list of Pros and Cons.

58. WON BET

Esther has bet something very funny at High School, because some people think that she’s a little shy, which she disagrees, so…, to show people that they’re wrong, she has to touch 80 guys’ butts. And she did it! Even though this seems very silly, actually was funny. To Esther that’s enough, due to the last week. Apparently some people is saying things about her, in addition Alvin and Cindy are not ok. Tonight Elmer’s brother’s come. Who knows who is worse, such a tiring guy. They’ve also met new Rossie’s boyfriend. Anyway, lots of laughs with the louts, they’re not than high. That night besides, they’re taking advantage of Esther’s bet. By the way Alvin is having a great time, except when Cindy calls him. With that absurd thing she’s met more guys than ever. At the end of that night Rossie’s boyfriend shows up with all his friends, that’s perfect ‘cause Esther needs to touch 4 more butts, one of the boys can’t stop laughing, how cute by the way!!!there they have been, talking,….and more things....

57. MAD DAY

What an awful weekend, especially `cause when the girls were gossiping, they’ve said that Alvin likes Cindy and wants to ask her for a date. Again the old same story, can this be possible?This girl is always in the way. Meanwhile putting up with Imogen, since she had been drinking before alone, alone?Why does she drink alone, anyway?That’s sad. Well, the thing is that, while they were going in the way to the pubs, some of them have to stop because she’s begun to bring up, including Ge’ne and his boyfriend, complaining all the time. That doesn’t help. Yet, in the pub, Esther can see the new relation between Alvin and Cindy, that’s disgusting for her. How can a person changes its mind like that??´Til both of them get involved. After that the silly Cindy is going towards Esther to ask her about that: -`are you kidding me?´?-answered Esther-`you’ve already kissed him´. Still with the dumb face Cindy doesn’t know what the exact answer is. Just amazing: -`Whatever Cindy, do whatever you want, obviously this guy is an asshole for me´ And there she goes again with another lout. Esther gets so annoyed that the more she drinks the more she wants. Then, some hours later Elmer shows up, and again, not knowing how, they get involved. But Esther realises soon the horrible mistake she’s having and leaves the pub as quickly as possible. Even though she’s not that drunk , still mad. When she gets home, writes down in her diary, she really needs to get out of her system, she feels so let down, and disappointed by Cindy, but maybe is not all her fault, but she could have rejected him, right??And no one else cares about that, it is true that it seems silly and perhaps she didn´t like Alvin that much, but apparently that was in her head, not in the heart, she can’t control it.

56. ALTERNATIVE PLANNES

Is Friday and Esther is meeting Alvin, but is weird, he doesn’t give a damn about she says, at last there are Stelle and Ge’ne, he’s a little full of himself. So, esther doesn’t think it could be a long story between them. Later Imogen shows up, telling Esther things of Wayne and that he likes her. What??!When!!!and the most important question, how that happened??, they never talk to each other, that’s so unbelievable to her that she decides to go and see him, so tired of Alvin and Co., and both girls have gone to the Sylvan. They have been talking about everything that have happened, forgiving each other. 2 hours later the pub was closing, not knowing anything about the interesting guys, starting a conversation with the hot bartender: Ron(very well cut hazel hair, mystery blue eyes, great smile...), who is also very nice. In the other part of the city the rest of the group of girls were hanging out, especially Alvin with Cindy, apparently, flirting with her...

55 IT’S A SMALL WORLD

Another weekend with gossips, because Imogen has to say everybody every little thing that happens, so, there they were, while drinking, explaining the details of the last guy Esther got involved with, and how creep he was!(and 5 years older)But that was funny, so much that they didn’t realise the time, and it was kind of late, so they were to the pubs running. Obviously, finished in the same pub with the same guys, with new people. By chance some of the boys were dating 2 girls from the High School: Betty and Molly, who is Ivor’s neighbour. For one reason or another, that was weird, so far and so close though, and meeting everybody. Especially one of them: Alvin, was teasing Esther and they managed to get involved. Also weird, because this guy was not very handsome, but curiously cute, even though he wears glasses, but with green eyes, that saves him... Watching all this, Imogen left madly, ‘cause it seems that Jessy and Maureen were also together. For a moment that was really cool. The most amazing thing with Alvin is that he wanted to meet one day, what a great surprise! Esther finished that night happier than usual.
